1.sawdust pellet mill/pellet machine can press biomass pellet and fertilizer pellets from biomass waste or fertilizer waste, raw materials such as biomass waste from sawdust, rice husk, agricultural stalk, straw, peanut shell, sun flower, lucerne ,paper ect fertilizer materials such as animal manure, plant waste, chemical materials and so on.
 
2.sawdust pellet mill/pellet machine can press 2-8mm diameter pellets, the knives installed nearby pellet machine outlet door can adjust the last pellet length , very convenient to operate .
 
3.sawdust pellet mill/pellet machine has one flat die inside ,its flat die hole can be changed into from 2mm-8mm , for example if install 6mm hole flat die , then will produce 6mm diameter pellets ,Pellet density is 1.1-1.4ton/m3.
 
4.sawdust pellet mill/pellet machine adopts Germany high technology ,which is our national patent technology. the flat die has the unique advantages to produce larger pressure than ring die pellet mill, in this way rollers and bearings are both enlarged , which can produce larger pressure. for ring die pellet machine its ring die is restricted by diameter, so rollers can not be enlarged enough, bearing room is smaller , so the bearing are not strong enough to withstand enough pressure. especially for crude fiber biomass waste, their adhesive is very low and must need high pressure to press good pellets,so after long time working , its bearings are easily broken.
 
5. sawdust pellet mill/pellet machine has auto lubricate spare part grease system, which can lubricate inside three rollers, vertical shaft, bearings, gears automatically , If don’t install this auto lubricate grease system, needs to add grease each 4 working hours manually. Very trouble to operate .
 
6. larger than SKJ3-550 model sawdust pellet mill/pellet machine all contain hydraulic pump , which can adjust pressure between rollers and flat die automatically to fit for different materials pressure ratio, no need to adjust pressure between rollers and ring die manually each time use . but other common pellet machines need to adjust pressure each time use,very trouble to operate.
