5.Project case: Xingfu Festival City project

Project Description

Xingfu Festival City is a 43 hectares commercial development located about 15km north of the downtown district. Xingfu Festival City comprises a retail and entertainment hub complete with hospitality and business facilities, a theme park, and motor showrooms.

6.Our project in Africa

We have recently been to Somalia building warehouses, offices and workshops at Berbera and Mogadishu for the United Nations Relief Organisation. Berbera was the home of the Barbary pirates of 200 years ago and, amongst other things a base for RAF Spitfires during World War 2. In Kenya we made the workshop at Kifaru Camp for the army.
