HINO 700 PROFIA FS1E FY1E SS2P truck Differential gear .This part is made in the original factory in Japan. The quality is reliable.


1. When the material is low carbon alloy structural steel, carburizing and quenching treatment should be adopted. The depth of carburizing layer is 0.8-1.4mm, and the hardness of the surface of the journal is 58-64HRC;

2. When the material is medium carbon or medium carbon alloy structural steel, induction quenching treatment should be adopted. The surface quenching hardness of the journal is not less than 57HRC, and the depth of the hardened layer is 1.2-2.5mm(journal diameter D ≤20mm) and 1.7-4.0mm(journal diameter D >20mm). The fillet at the root of the journal should be hardened;

3. Appearing quality parts shall not be marked, black spots, cracks and other defects, and shall be removed from the burr, flash and non-processed surface of the scale;

4. Surface roughness The surface roughness of the journal should not be greater than 0.5 μm; The surface roughness of the fillet corner at the root of journal is not greater than 3.2 μm.

5. Shape and position tolerance requirements;

1) For the planetary gear shaft of integral differential, when the common axis is taken as the reference, the shape and position tolerances of the relevant parts are stipulated as follows according to GB 1184-80 "Specifications for Unnoted Tolerances for Shapes and Position Tolerances" : the total runout tolerance class of both journal shall not be less than class 9; The verticality tolerance grade of the two common axes shall not be less than 8 grade; The two common axes shall be in the same plane and the position tolerance shall not be greater than 0.10mm.

2) For the planetary gear shaft of the separate differential, the straightness tolerance class of the journal busbar shall not be less than class 8.
