1.How many days can I receive face masks if I place an order?

The delivery time is around 15-30days after received deposit.

2.What’s your payment term?

TT 30% deposit when place an order, 70% before delivery.

3.Can I have samples for testing before order?

Of course you can, we provide free samples for testing, under you bear the courier cost. Last year, we send many samples on our account every week and month, our financial manager reported that it’s a very big cost caused by this. So now we are required to ask for customer’s courier account.

We know when a customer let us send samples, it means he has interest in the products or give a chance to supplier to evaluate whether can work with for potential order. I really hope to work with you as I believe you're serious buyer, but I cannot go against our company policy.

We promise that If we can reach an order, the courier cost will be deducted from it immediately.
