1. How can we match the dryer with printer?

The dryer is inline with printer, there is a sensor, the unwinding motor will adjust the feeding speed by sensor the printer speed.

2. Does machine have feeding device?

Yes, our machine has its own feeding system. “A” type feeding device is optional.

3. The max. Fabric foll of feeding system?

The max. Diameter is 50cm. The fabric length is based on the thickness of fabric.

4. What’s the brand of machine belt?

It’s Teflon brand, the length is 4.1m.

5. What’s the difference between Gen5e head and Gen6 head?

Gen5e head: 7-14-21pl, it’s has bigger liquid drop size, it’s more suitable for disperse ink and pigment ink.

Gen5e head: 5-10-15pl, it’s has smaller liquid drop size, it’s more suitable for reactive ink and acid ink. The cartridge speed will be faster with gen6 head. So the production will be more.
