Main accessories description

Our automatic packing machine is premade according to customers requestment. When you want to change the bag size or type of bag ,you can change the mould.

1.One automatic packing machine can pack both three sides sealing and four sides sealing when you change the mould.

2.One automatic packing machine can make different bag size when you change the mould. The bag width is one width (30mm to 100mm) one bag maker ,the bag length is adjustable from 30mm to 160mm.

3.One automatic packing machine can pack different weight. One mould can make the weight fromX g to 2Xg. When you want to pack 5g and 8g (measuring range: 5g-10g) , one mould is ok. When you want to pack 6g and 15g (measuring range: 6g-12g) ,you can change the mould.

4.width of the bag:  it has only one size for bag formerIf you have new width, need to change new bag former instead of old one. Show the photo to you as follow: bag former

5.Volume cup: double of the volume, If the customers volume is 30grams, cup range is 15-30g,less than 15g or more than 30g, they must change new set of volume cup instead of one

6) Printer : one roll of color film can be used for three days if work 24 hours one day, ,but depond on the daily production,if it finish ,just insteaf of the new one
